In 2014, SERVEONE established a subsidiary in Haiphong, Vietnam, providing integrated global procurement management services. We are currently serving over 100 clients, including affiliates of LG Group, and achieved approximately KRW 373.7 billion in sales in 2024. In 2019, we established a branch office in Ho Chi Minh City to expand our services to major manufacturing clients in the southern region, building a stable foundation for sustainable growth.

In 2019, SERVEONE established a subsidiary in Wrocław, Poland, a key logistics hub in Europe. Centered on the EV battery industry, the subsidiary provides services to major manufacturers such as LG Energy Solution, VERKOR, and MORROW, while expanding to primary battery materials with SK iTechnology and SK Nexilis. We are also extending our client base to the automotive, electronics, and chemical sectors, delivering specialized procurement solutions across diverse industries.

SERVEONE established its Indonesia subsidiary in Cibitung in 2020. Starting with MRO procurement services for the TV division of LG Electronics in 2021, the subsidiary achieved KRW 41.5 billion in sales in 2024. Building on this, we have expanded our client base to include HLI Green Power, KCC GLASS, and KT&G, and are further growing our business to serve EV-related clients as well as Korean companies operating in Indonesia.

SERVEONE established its U.S. subsidiary in Troy, Michigan in 2021, followed by a Canadian subsidiary in Windsor, Ontario in 2023, marking a full-scale entry into the North American market. We now operate nine logistics hubs and offices across major manufacturing belts, providing MRO procurement solutions and logistics and inventory management BPO services to global companies such as LG, SK, Hyundai Motor, GM, and Ford in the EV battery, automotive, and solar industries.

SERVEONE established its second European subsidiary in Budapest, Hungary in 2022. We provide specialized procurement solutions to EV battery manufacturers (e.g., CATL), battery materials producers (EcoPro, Soulbrain, Solus Advanced Materials, Lotte Infracell), and automotive companies (Hankook Tire, Hyundai Mobis, LG Magna). Building on this foundation, we are also expanding our services to the food and bio industries.
