In 2014, SERVEONE established a subsidiary in Haiphong, Vietnam. Our subsidiary in Vietnam offers a distinguished procurement value proposition by reducing the procurement costs of local and global corporate clients and enhancing management efficiency through our collective global procurement management service. Our Ho Chi Minh office founded in the southern region of Vietnam in 2019, has recorded steady growth by providing purchase services to major clients such as Dong Nai and Vung Tau.

In 2019, SERVEONE established a subsidiary in Wrocław, a city in the southwestern region of Poland, one of the central logistics hubs of Europe. Our subsidiary in Poland provides procurement services tailored to the battery industry. Starting with LG Energy Solution, we have expanded partnerships with the primary battery sector, including SK iTechnology, SK Nexilis, and KET. Based on that, we also joined hands with an increasing number of clients in the automotive industry and the lectronics/chemical industry.

Our subsidiary in Indonesia was founded in Cibitung in October 2020. In the following year, it started business in earnest and commenced MRO procurement service for the TV division of LG Electronics in February. As of 2023, total sales recorded USD 22.8 million. In tune with Indonesia’s growth of the advanced technology industry, we expanded services to EV-related clients and Korean companies in Indonesia.

SERVEONE established SERVEONE America in Troy, Michigan in 2021. In 2022, we started to provide procurement services for Ultium Cells (GM-LG joint venture) in the northeastern region and LG Energy Solution in Michigan. In 2023, we provided customized services to clients in the fields of battery/renewable energy, such as Ultium Cell #2 Factory, Hanwha Q CELLS, and Hankook Tire, and also established a subsidiary in Windsor, Ontario to further expand our global business.

SERVEONE established its second European subsidiary in Budapest, Hungary in 2022. In Europe, investments are increasing in the EV and battery industries amid initiatives to expand the market for eco-friendly vehicles. In tune with these trends, SERVEONE is providing procurement solutions to Korean companies in the primary battery industry such as Solus Advanced Materials and Lotte Aluminum which are currently doing business in Europe as well as domestic companies in the automobile industry. Furthermore, we are expanding our client base to include global parts makers, such as KDL.
