Diversity in Employment We have set a target for the employment of people with disabilities and plan to hire more people with disabilities. In particular, SERVEONE has a team of athletes with disabilities and has signed an MOU with the Seoul Sports Association for the Differently Abled to promote sports and employment. These athletes compete in various sports competitions and participate in various events as company ambassadors. In the future, we plan to gradually expand the scope of sports and jobs for people with disabilities.

Life Balance Roadmap
SERVEONE strives to create a female-friendly work environment and improve work-life balance. In addition to maternity leave, we have established a roadmap to internalize gender equality and work-life balance by designing four systems: reforming personnel policies, increasing the female employment rate, expanding flexible working hours, and establishing a gender equality education system.
  • Reforming personnel policies
    SERVEONE has reformed its personnel policies to create a female-friendly work environment. As an active measure to recruit female employees, we have established rules on reduced working hours during pregnancy and the prohibition of gender discrimination in recruitment and employment and introduced the Honorary Employment Equality Supervisor System. In addition, we have established leave systems for childcare and family care in addition to the maternity leave.

We have diversified flexible working hours according to employees' roles and responsibilities, such as hourly leave and twice-monthly telecommuting.
