Board Operations
SERVEONE constitutes the Board of Directors in accordance with Chapter 5, Article 31 et seq. of the Articles of Association. The Board of Directors decides on important matters relating to the conduct of business. The Board of Directors is composed exclusively of directors and the Chairperson is appointed by the Board of Directors from among its members. The Board of Directors holds regular quarterly meetings and occasional ad hoc meetings as called from time to time.
